CHAPTER 5

As the first rays of dawn tiptoed throught the window, she stirred in her bed, a heavy weight sutting over her chest as the events of the morning flooded her mind.

The air in her room felt stifling, suffocating her with the memories of the confrontation with her aunt and uncle.

She sat up slowly, the fatigue clinging to her like a second skin, her thoughts a jumble of frustration and resentment. The harsh words exchanged in the heat of the moment echoed in her ears, each syllable a painful reminder of the rift that had formed between her and her family.

"How can be they so blind to my dreams and aspirations"She wondered bitterly, her hands clenching and unclenching in her lap as she struggled to contain the storm of emotions raging within her. Despite her best efforts to maintain a facade of composure, the cracks were beginning to show, threatening to shatter the fragile semblance of normalcy she had worked so hard to preserve.

With a weary sigh, She swung her legs over the edge of the bed, her bare feet sinking into the soft carpet beneath her. She felt utterly drained, as if the weight of the world rested squarely upon her shoulders, pressing down with an unrelenting force.

"I can't let them dictate my life." She thought with quiet determination, her jaw set in a stubborn line as she pushed herself to her feet. Despite the overwhelming urge to retreat back into the safety of her covers, she knew that she couldn't afford to wallow in self-pity-not when there was so much at stake.

With a sense of grim resolve, She made her way to the bathroom, the cold tiles sending a shiver down her spine as she splashed her face with water. The cool sensation provided a fleeting moment of relief, washing away the remnants of sleep and uncertainty that clung to her like a stubborn fog.

As she stared at her reflection in the mirror, She couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness at the sight of the weary woman staring back at her. The dark circles under her eyes spoke volumes of the countless sleepless nights spent wrestling with her demons, each one leaving her more exhausted than the last.

But amidst the exhaustion and despair, there was a glimmer of defiance-a spark of resilience that refused to be extinguished. She straightened her shoulders, meeting her own gaze with steely determination as she whispered words of encouragement to herself, a silent mantra to steel her resolve for the challenges that lay ahead.

"You are stronger than you" She murmured softly, her voice barely above a whisper as she willed herself to believe the words she spoke. "You will not be defeated"

chaturned cur from the mirror   her mind already racing ahead to the day that stretched out before her. She knew that she couldn't afford to dwell on the past-not when there were battles yet to be fought and victories yet to be won.

As she made her way to the kitchen, the smell of fresh coffee and toasted bread greeted her, a comforting reminder of the simple pleasures that still existed amidst the chaos of her life. Her grandmother was already there, humming softly to herself as she prepared breakfast, her movements slow and deliberate as if she were savoring each moment.

"Good Morning, My Dear" her grandmother greeted her with a nod, her eyes twinkling with affection as she set a steaming cup of coffee in front of She. "I made your favourite French toast with honey and cinnamon"

She heart swelled with gratitude at her grandmother's thoughtful gesture, a lump forming in her throat at the overwhelming rush of emotion. Despite the turmoil that surrounded her, her grandmother's unwavering love served as a beacon of light in the darkness, guiding her through even the darkest of nights.

"Thankyou Nanna" She replied, her voice choked with emotion as she reached across the table to squeeze her grandmother's hand. In that moment, she felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the woman who had stood by her through thick and thin, offering unwavering support and encouragement when she needed it most.

As they sat down to breakfast together, the tension of the morning seemed to melt away, replaced by a sense of peace and tranquility that enveloped them like a warm embrace. For in the simple act of sharing a meal with her grandmother, She found the strength to face the challenges that lay ahead, fortified by the love and support of those who believed in her unconditionally.

And as the morning sun bathed the kitchen in its golden glow, She made a silent vow to herself-a vow to rise above the adversity that threatened to consume her, and to forge her own path towards a brighter future, guided by the strength and resilience of those who had come before her.

CHAPTER 6

As Avyaan made his way across the college campus finding his friend's, his eyes were drawn to the sight of a mysterious figure stepping off a sleek motorcycle near the back entrance. He couldn't help but admire the grace and skill with which the person handled the bike, a sense of curiosity stirring within him as he watched from afar. He wanted to know who he/she was and from where did they learn riding a bike, as he always had a craze for them but never got to ride one because of his sweet little Mother who was always afraid of him getting into any accidents.

Though He wanted to know about the rider but, he hesitated, mindful of how his curiosity might be perceived by his friend's. Instead, he silently praised the unknown individual's prowess, marvelling at their effortless confidence and undeniable allure.

Meanwhile, as she approached the college entrance, the one who actually riding the bike na the one who just made Avyaan get drawn towards her, she was greeted by the exuberant presence of her best friend, Myra. With a faint smile that never reached her eyes, she embraced Myra, her heart heavy with the weight of unspoken burdens as if she was broken inside to even try again.

As Myra continued to chatter away, her thoughts turned inward, her mind a whirlwind of secrets and desires known only to her. "And you all must be wondering who am I?" she mused silently, her gaze distant as she contemplated her next move. "Well, let me introduce myself to you all looking all curious to know my name but rather I am just another girl yet with no dreams but a single desire to fulfill".

With a heavy heart and a determined spirit, she entered the college, her true intentions shrouded in mystery as she navigated the complexities of her dual existence.

And as she disappeared into the bustling crowd, her presence lingered in the air, a silent reminder of the secrets that lay hidden beneath the surface.

Who she was actually? And what was her the only desire which she was so eager to fulfill?
